OVERVIEW OF FACTORS AFFECTING DYSMENORRHEA ON GRADER VII MTSN KANIGORO KRAS DISTRICT DISTRICT KEDIRI

      Dysmenorrhea is a gynecological disorder that causes almost all young women experience uncomfortable sensations during menstruation. Factors that consists of nutritional status and level of anxiety can aggravate dysmenorrhea. It is therefore necessary precautions and treatment of dysmenorrhea. Handling dysmenorrhea can deliver information to clients about the process of menstruation and dysmenorrhea and encourage clients to rest and exercise. This study aims to describe the factors that influence dysmenorrhea female students in class VII MTsN Kanigoro Kediri District of Kras.


      The method used is descriptive with one variable that factors affecting dysmenorrhea. The population in this study all students of class VII MTsN Kanigoro Kediri District of Kras who experience dysmenorrhea about 132 students, then retrieved a sample of 99 respondents. The study was conducted on 8 December 2012 and 24, 26, December 27, 2012. The sampling technique used is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire, then tabulated by the score diprosentasekan.


The result showed almost half of respondents, 40 respondents (40%) experienced dysmenorrhea is influenced by the level of anxiety being and most of the respondents, 57 respondents (58%) experienced dysmenorrhea is influenced by nutritional status skinny.


      Most of the respondents have a thin nutritional status. Underweight can lead to dysmenorrhea, because there is a bit of fat tissue can lead hipoplasi blood vessels to reduce resistance to pain. dysmenorrhea caused by an imbalance of the autonomic nerves to the myometrium, occurred excessive stimulation by the sympathetic nerves so that the fibers of the circular on the isthmus and istium uteri internum becomes hypertonic.

        Children are the future generation of the Nation, which will continue the baton of government programs that are top quality with a healthy lifestyle. Found many school-age children with a snack like preservatives, artificial coloring so that school-age children consume less high-fiber, this resulted in interference elimination pattern alvi. Consume less high-impact long-term fiber will happen colon cancer, diabetes, hypertension and others (Badriyah, 2011). Objective: Effects of High Fiber Consumption Pattern Against Alvi Elimination In School Age Children (6-12 Years) in SDN Bendo I Subdistrict Pare Kediri.
        Experimental research design a one-group pretest-posttest, 138 student population, a sample of 26 students, with a purposive sampling technique. Interview data retrieval, the data were analyzed by t-test, significant level of 0,05 H1 is accepted if t count> t table.
         Research results obtained to test T-test value -23.07 count, 2,056 table values??. There is the effect of high-fiber consumption patterns towards elimination pattern alvi in SDN Bendo I Subdistrict Pare Kediri.
         Parents are expected to be as creative in processing foods high in fiber so that the child interested. The school should provide healthy snacks in the school cafeteria and infirmary as a source of health information, in collaboration with community health centers to seek any education about the importance of high-fiberfoods.

ABSTRACT


Background : Selection of appropriate learning methods for nursing students is one thing that is important in the face of MEA (masyarakat ekonomi asean). Interprofesional learning method is a method of learning that prepares students of nursing as a professional partner other health team. With the application of IPE learning method is expected to improve the health care of patients.


Objective: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the application of IPE in improving nursing students komnikasi and cooperation with other health team and the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of the IPE.


Methods: Perform a search on Proques article about articles related to IPE learning method in nursing with the keyword "IPE" found 519 articles published in 2000-2015 and then with the keyword "IPE in education nurshing found 315 articles then we enter into 20 articles ,


Results: IPE provide a positive impact on both the students and teachers. Students are required to be someone who can appreciate other professions and work together in a professional manner. Diving instructor IPE learning process becomes more aware of the characteristics of students and more menikamati course of the learning process. The existence of barriers in the learning process IPE is a big challenge for every department of this include differences in the curriculum of each study program and bagamana how to set the time for the IPE.

ABSTRACT


One of the factors that determine student success in learning is the selection of appropriate learning method. Learning methods that are not boring for the students is on one learning method that can improve student learning motivation that ultimately have an impact on improving student achievement. Cooperative learning instructional methods is one of the methods that can be applied. The division of a group of shared characteristics of students are the hallmark of this learning method.


This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of cooperative learning to motivate student learning that ultimately have an impact on improving student achievement. Another factor seen is how the ability to interact with students in a group as well as any obstacles encountered during the learning process of cooperative learning.


Methods, Perform a search on Proques article about articles related to cooperative learning with the keyword "cooperative learning" was found 22.591 then the article chosen are 2010-2015 with the same keywords "cooperative learning" was found 472 articles then we select to 20 article.


Cooprerative is one method that can be applied in the nurshing learning process. Students are required to be able to learn in a team with different characteristics both from a cultural, academic achievement. Cooperative learning learning success depends on the management faculty in the classroom.
